Fruit candy strawberry

For preparation of fruit candy it are required to you:
- A strawberry - 1 kg
- Sugar - 2.4 glasses
- A citric acid - 4.

Strawberry touch, wash, delete carpel and put in a saucepan. Then add water and under a cover on weak fire lead up to boiling. Boil about 5 minutes then wipe through a sieve, mix with sugar and cook up to readiness. Before the termination of cooking add a citric acid. Pack up in preliminary sterilized banks in a hot kind.
