Fruit marshmallow

For recipe you will need:
- eggs (protein) - 3 pc.
- jam, marmalade, Pepin - 2 st.l.
- sugar-3 st.l.
- water - 1/4 cups
- gelatin - 1 ch.l.
Gelatin drown when swell add a quarter cup of water and stir until complete dissolution. Jam frying on the lamp to rub through the screen, add sugar and boiling minutes 5. Proteins shake up cool in the foam. Merge jams and gelatin proteins and poured in a thin trickle, while still soft. Crash in molds and cooled.
